Prayer in this writ-petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing property tax bill dated 25.03.2021 and 03.07.2021.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3, while referring to affidavit dated 25.09.2025 of Mr. Jitender Singh, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, MC Rohtak, submits that this writ-petition is rendered infructuous as grievance raised in this petition has been redressed. As of now, necessary correction, as sought, has been carried out and extra Property Identification (PID) in respect to property in question stands deleted as per procedure and it is only one PID which exists. Reference is made to Annexure R-3/1 attached along-with this affidavit. It is submitted that necessary intimation in this regard has been duly given to petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner had earlier filed an affidavit to the effect that he does not wish to pursue present writ-petition as grievance as raised had been cleared. Short reply, along-with Annexures R-3/1 and R-3/2, is taken on record subject to just exceptions. Copy thereof has been duly supplied to learned counsel for petitioner.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, this writ-petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is afforded to petitioner to file appropriate application, in case of any subsisting grievance.
Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
