Judgment

The instant writ petition has been filed for seeking issuance of a writ especially in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to look into the matter alleging that the respondent No.3 in connivance with private respondents is unnecessarily harassing and humiliating the petitioner by forging the revenue record of the property of the petitioner. A further prayer has been made to decide the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this juncture, the petitioner would be satisfied in a case a direction is issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law and in a time bound manner.
Notice of motion to official respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage.
Mr. S.S. Aulakh, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the aforesaid respondents and he has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 02.12.2023 (Annexure P-8) filed by the petitioner and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
