In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order dated 21.08.2015 (Annexure A/1), vide which the respondents have cancelled the

allotment of Government accommodation No. 102, Block-13, Dev Nagar, New Delhi against the Appellate Order dated 23.02.2016 (Annexure A/2).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the said impugned orders are not tenable in view of the order/judgment dated 19.09.2018 of the

Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 9743/2018 (Annexure M-1). It is admitted fact that after the order/judgment of Hon’ble High

Court under reference, the applicant has not made any request before the respondents for reconsidering their aforesaid impugned orders dated

21.08.2015 (Annexure A/1) and 23.02.2016 (Annexure A/2) respectively.

In view of the aforesaid, the present OA is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer comprehensive representation before the Respondent

No. 2, within two weeks of receipt of a copy of this order and in case such representation is received by the Respondent No. 2 within a time stipulated

herein, the Respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible

and in any case within eight weeks on receipt of such representation.

OA stands disposed of accordingly. Pending MA also stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
