Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor appears. Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor appears. Ld. IRP appears. Counsel for the operational creditor submits that he has a telephonic instruction that matter is settled. In view of this, we dispose of this application invoking Rule 11 of IBC. We direct the corporate debtor to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund Online with a proof of deposit to be filed to the Registrar within seven days. Thus, the CP alongwith the CA(IB) 31/KB/20 stands disposed off.
