This is an application for correction of the title of the case in CP(IB) No. 11/Vol./Chd/Hry/2020 as "Kanazawa Machine & Tool India Pvt. Ltd." instead of "Kanazawa Machine & Toll India Private Limited". as due to the said typographical error the petitioner is unable to file the order with the concerned authorities.

The order in the aforesaid petition was pronounced on 13.04.2023. and the title of the case has been mentioned as "Kanazawa Machine & Toll India Private Limited", whereas it should have been " Kanazawa Machine & Tool India Pvt. Ltd ".

Accordingly, IA No. 1749/2023 is allowed and the title of the case is corrected and the same be read as " Kanazawa Machine & Tool India Pvt. Ltd " instead of "Kanazawa Machine & Toll India Private Limited".

The above order shall form part of the order dated 13.04.2023 and the registry is directed to tag it with the order dated 13.04.2023. Thus, IA No. 1749/2023 is disposed of accordingly.
