Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4 order by which his application for inclusion in CCIS is rejected on the ground that M/s.Nambiatukkudy Modern Rice

Mill has been black listed and what he had furnished along with the application for inclusion in CCIS was Trade Mark Certificate issued to

M/s.Nambiatukkudy Modern Rice Mill. According to petitioner, M/s.Pavizham Oil and Foods does not have any connection with M/s.Nambiatukkudy

Modern Rice Mill. Pointing out this, petitioner has approached various authorities including Government submitting Ext.P5 representation.

As petitioner says that Ext.P5 representation has been submitted before all the authorities including the Managing Director, the writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner in Ext.P5 representation, in accordance with law, after affording an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Orders shall be passed within a period of 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
