Judgment
Anupinder Singh Grewal, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an IT professional and is entitled to the higher salary. His request for revision of remuneration has been rejected by respondent No.2 on 17.05.2022 (Annexure P-22) by a non-speaking order.
Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 5 at this stage.
Mr. Shreenath A. Khemka, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.3.
Heard.
The operative of the impugned order (Annexure P-22) is reproduced hereunder:-
'In this regard, it is to inform that earlier the matter was considered by the Vice Chancellor but not acceded to.'
It is, thus, patent that the request of the petitioner for revision of remuneration has been rejected by a non-speaking order.
Consequently, the petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 17.05.2022 (Annexure P-22) is set aside. Respondent No.1 shall pass a speaking order in accordance with law after considering the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
