Heard, Mr. Santosh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Monalisa Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 and Mr.

Abhijit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-State.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for payment of compensation for the land which has been acquired by the National Thermal Power

Corporation Limited under North Karanpura Super Thermal Power Project.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had purchased the land by way of different sale deeds in Mouza Naiparam of Khata

No.98 Plot No.235/1807, Khata No.92 Plot No.452 Area 28½ Decimals, Khata No.39 Plot No.440 Area-18 Decimals, Khata No.39 Plot No.440

Area-16 Decimals, Khata No.79 Plot No.300 Area-12 Decimals, Khata No.134/133 Plot No.450 Area-28 Decimals, Khata No.01 Plot No.2227

Area-40 Decimals, Khata No.39 Plot No.2170 Area-39 Decimals, Khat No.42 Khata No.42 Plot No.290 Area- 19½ Decimals. The sale deeds are

annexed as Annexures to the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that out of 8 plots of the petitioner, the petitioner has

been offered compensation with regard to 3 plots only and payment for three plots also has not been released. He further submits that lands in

question have also been mutated in favour of the petitioner.

It appears from the counter-affidavit dated 02.03.2017 filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 that certain amount for payment of compensation

to the petitioner has been prepared and the petitioner was asked to receive the payment of compensation by way of notice. These notices are annexed

as Annexures-A, A/1 and A/2 to the counter-affidavit.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that not even single amount has been paid to the petitioner and the petitioner has been running

from pillar to post for the payment. He further submits that the petitioner is an old lady.

In view of the above facts and considering the Annexures-A, A/1 and A/2 to the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 4 dated

02.03.2017, the petitioner is directed to approach respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks and the said respondent after examining the

documents of the petitioner and considering this fact that she is an old lady, will release the amount in question to the petitioner as early as possible and

preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Further claim of the petitioner will also be considered by the said respondent for which, the

petitioner will file a separate representation and the decision will be taken within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. So far as

claim of employment is concerned, for that also the petitioner will file appropriate representation before the appropriate authority concerned who will

take a decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the above aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, interlocutory applications, if any, are also disposed of.
