We have heard Mr. J.J. Bhatt, learned counsel for the appellant along with Ms. Rinku Valanju and Mr. Pratham Masurekar, advocates and Mr.

Anubhav Ghosh, learned counsel for the respondent on merits of the appeal through video conference.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The Misc. Application No. 289 of 2020 for condonation

of delay is allowed.

Order reserved. In the meantime, written submissions, if any, may be filed within a period of one week from today.
