Judgment
Vivek Singh Thakur, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has met the present Vice Chancellor recently and has narrated his grievances to him, whereupon, on making appropriate representation, Vice Chancellor has assured consideration thereon and to take action for redressal of the grievances, in accordance with law, if any.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid development, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the Vice Chancellor/competent authority of the University with further direction to the Vice Chancellor/competent authority of the University to decide the same within time bound manner.
In view of aforesaid development and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed on his behalf, to make comprehensive detailed representation with respect to his grievances to Vice Chancellor/competent authority on or before 17.11.2020 and in case of receipt of such representation, Vice Chancellor/competent authority is directed to decide the same expeditiously as possible latest by 31.12.2020, in accordance with law by giving opportunity of hearing to any person likely to be affected.
Needless to say that in case petitioner is still aggrieved, even after passing of order by the Vice Chancellor/competent authority, he may approach the Court again for redressal of his grievances.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
