Judgment
Vivek Singh Thakur, J
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be satisfied in case he is permitted to make representation for redressal of his grievances, stated in the petition, to respondent No.2 with further direction to decide the same in time bound manner.
Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in case any representation is preferred by the petitioner, same shall be decided, in accordance with law, in time bound manner as directed by this Court.
In view of above, petitioner is permitted to make representation to respondent No.2 alongwith supported documents on or before 22.05.2023. In case such representation is preferred, same shall be decided by respondent No.2 on or before 05.06.2023, by passing speaking and reasoned order, after giving option of personal hearing to the petitioner, if desired so. Order shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms, so also pending application(s), if any.
