Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (A):
In the present application, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:
“i)to quash and set aside the Result Notice dated 12.10.2020
ii) declare that the candidates selected and who do not possess the essential qualifications shall not be appointed.
iii) to maintain a waiting list and upload the same on the public platform.
iv) to adopt and observe transparency in the selection process by disclosing the marks and qualifications of the persons selected and thereafter declare a fresh result of the persons selected in accordance with the Recruitment Rule(s) given in the Advertisement;
v)to allow the OA with cost.”
After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to approach this Tribunal if at all, anyone is appointed by the respondents in violation of the relevant advertisement/Recruitment Rules. Permission is granted.
The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending MA, if any, also stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law.
