Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, Advocate, while appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, has placed on record copy of communication dated 9.11.2020 sent by the Director In Charge of National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) to the Divisional Manager (Admn), Himachal Road Transport Corporation, which is taken on record.

Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, while referring to the aforesaid communication states that a request has been made by the Director In Charge NIELIT to the Divisional Manager (Admn) to accept the joining of the petitioner-Panjku Ram and permit him to join his duties.

Mr. Sharma further contends that since petitioner has been permitted to join duties in terms of judgment alleged to have been violated, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.

Perusal of aforesaid communication clearly reveals that the petitioner namely Panjku Ram has been allowed to join his duties as a Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operator at Nerva Unit of the Himachal Road Transport Corporation in place of Shri Vijay Kumar, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and same are accordingly closed. Notice issued to the respondents is discharged. However, Divisional Manager (Admn.) Himachal Road Transport Corporation is directed to accept the joining of the petitioner in pursuance to communication dated 9.11.2020.
