Judgment

Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record Notification dated 02.11.2020, whereby Bhupinder Kumar, against whom petitioner was ordered to be posted in Government College Baijnath on vice-versa basis, has now been adjusted in Government College Bhoranj against vacant post and petitioner has been directed to join his duties in Government College Baijnath.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not being relieved so as to enable him to join his duties at Government College Baijnath, despite directions issued by the Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh to join his duties as such.
In view of above, respondents are directed to ensure relieving of petitioner-Kaku Ram from Government College Pangi on or before 10.11.2020, so as to enable him to join his duties at Government College Baijnath as ordered by the Secretary (Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
With aforesaid observations, present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court again for redressal of his grievances, if any survive. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
