Judgment
This second bail application is filed by the applicant, who has been charge sheeted for offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC.
The first application preferred by the applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application
No.15061/2019. It is noticed that the application preferred was rejected by this Court after due consideration merits.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that co-accused, namely, Dilip Vaishnav and Vijay Singh have already been enlarged on bail vide
orders dated 07.01.2020 and 15.01.2020 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No.93/2020 and 542/2020 respectively.
It is noticed that there are serious allegation of impersonation against the applicant. Admittedly, the sale-deed was executed by the applicant herein
knowing fully well that the land in question belongs to Pahad Singh S/o Jeta.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage.
The second bail application is, therefore, dismissed.
