Neeraj Kumar Vaishnav vs State Of Rajasthan

The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.0024/2020 registered at Police Station Laxmangarh,

District Sikar for the offence under Section 420.

Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and carefully scanned the relevant material

made available on record.

The offence against the petitioner is impersonation of cheating and charge sheet has already been filed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are similar other cases relating to the same issue wherein bail has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate

Bench.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances but without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the

petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner namely Neeraj Kumar Vaishnav S/o Shri Bhagwan Sahai Sharma

shall be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforesaid FIR, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-

with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid

down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
