Judgment
IA-2121/2020:-
Since, this bench has appointed liquidator from the panel when there was no direction from the CoC to appoint the earlier RP as liquidator, the RP has now filed an application (IA-2122(PB)/2020) for modification of the earlier order stating that he missed out to bring the fact before the CoC to appoint him as liquidator, for he is approved to continue as liquidator, he has sought for modification.
In view of the same, for the person who is mistakenly appointed as liquidator namely Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha has incurred expenses soon after appointed as liquidator by this Bench, earlier order is hereby modified appointing RP namely Mr. Ashok Kumar Gulla as the liquidator in place of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha by the directing the CoC to pay 20,000/- to Mr. Jha within a week hereof.
Accordingly, CA-2121/2020 & 2122/2020 are hereby disposed of.
