Heard the submissions made by the applicant/Resolution Professional. In the application filed by the RP, he has prayed to take the cognizance of the facts and circumstances on record and to pass an order of liquidation of the corporate debtor as approved by CoC and the applicant has also confirmed that CoC has confirmed him to act as Liquidator. Since the RP informed that CoC wanted him to act as Liquidator in the matter this Tribunal appoints the existing RP as Liquidator in the matter and the Liquidator is directed to take steps for publication and complying with all other requirements prescribed under law. The Liquidator is also directed to approach CoC and the CoC is directed to fix his fee as per law and the fee fixation details may be raised before the Tribunal by Liquidator within 10 days.
