Heard the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant who has participated in the hearing by virtual mode and carefully considered the prayers made in the application. Learned Counsel for the Intervener has prayed for dismissal of the application filed by the Financial Creditor in the captioned matter and also expressed that the interest of the home buyers will be affected, if this application is not allowed. As we do not find any rationale in the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant, the present Intervention Petition No. 7/ND/2023 stands dismissed without costs.
