Settlement has been arrived at between the operational creditor and the corporate debtor, based on which, the main applicant/operational creditor has filed Form-FA with the IRP. The IRP has moved this application under Section 12A for withdrawal of the company petition. With regard to his remuneration, since the corporate debtor's directors have agreed to pay the same, this application is hereby allowed by directing the corporate debtor to pay the remuneration to the IRP as agreed by the directors of the corporate debtor.
Accordingly, this application is allowed, main company petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
