Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Mr. A. Vashum, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted before this Court that the petitioner has given consent and no objection in appointing the private respondent as Vice-Principal and accordingly, the learned Government Advocate sought one week’s time to file a short affidavit to bring on record the necessary statement and relevant documents.
Mr. BP. Sahu, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the documents produced today by the learned Government Advocate regarding no objection given by the petitioner is false and fabricated documents. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted complaint to the concerned Police Officer to take up necessary steps.
Be that as it may, let this case be listed again on 20.04.2023 for consideration of the prayer for passing interim order. In the meantime, the respondents are directed to file their affidavit on or before the next date without fail.
