ORDER
The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing (VC).
IA No. 891/2023 – Adv. Avni Vasani a/w Adv. Dipika Panchmatia and Adv. Sagar Parab i/b Vigil Juris appeared for the applicant. The present application is filed by IRP of Cosima Marine Private Limited under section 12(A) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeking withdrawal of the C.P. 1117/2019. Heard IA No. 891/2023. Counsel for the applicant state across the bar that applicant does not want to proceed with the Company Petition 1117/2019, hence IA No. 891/2023 is allowed and disposed of.
In view of above, C.P.(IB)/1117(MB)2019 is dismissed as withdrawn and all the pending IA’s and MA’s in Company petition, if any, also stands disposed of.
