Judgment
CA-1410(PB)/2019:-
On behalf of the RP namely Mr. Anup Kumar, learned counsel Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma has put in appearance and has placed on record a copy of the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT.
After noticing that the default amount has been paid, the admission order dated 03.07.2019 and further order dated 26.07.2019 have been set aside. On behalf of the IRP/RP, it has been stated that all his dues have been cleared by the post-dated cheques and nothing remains to be paid along with the undertaking dated 31.08.2019 filed by Mr. Amber Joshi.
In view of the above, the CIRP proceedings are closed.
CA-1410(PB)/2019 & CP No. (IB)-722(PB)/2018 stand disposed of. The file be consigned to the record room.
