In the present case, the grievance of the petitioner is that he wanted to apply for the post of Post Graduate Teachers in Computer Science in the category of Backward Class-B in respect of the advertisement No.13/2019 but could not do so as he was not qualified for the same upto the last date of submission of the form.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now, vide Annexure P-8 dated 03.03.2021, the respondent-Commission has reopened the submission of form in respect to advertisement Nos.7, 8 and 9 of 2019 but no such benefit has been given in respect of advertisement No.13 of 2019, in pursuance to which, the petitioner wanted to apply. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that once the candidates in respect of advertisement Nos.7, 8 and 9 have been given a chance to apply again up to 22.03.2021, the same benefit be also extended to the candidates who are interested in applying in respect of advertisement No.13/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the present petition, the petitioner has already approached respondent No.3 by filing a representation dated 02.02.2021 (Annexure P-7) which is still pending consideration with the said authority and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, a time bound direction is given to the authorities to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and raises no objection in deciding the representation dated 02.02.2021(Annexure P-7) served by the petitioner in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation dated 02.02.2021 (Annexure P-7) served by the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
