Hon'ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicants have challenged order dated 16.12.2020 whereby their applications dated 12.10.2020 and subsequent reminders for allowing applicant no. 1 to join the post of Dark Room Assistant on resignation of the person who has been selected and appointed within six months, has been rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to them to prefer a comprehensive representation to the respondents for preparing the waiting list in respect of the examination conducted by them.

Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
