Repeatedly called out, intermittently.
No one appears on behalf of the complainants.
On previous occasions i.e. on 03.06.2022 and on 13.09.2022 also no one had appeared on behalf of the complainants.
Learned proxy counsel appears for the opposite party. She submits that she is making her submissions on instructions.
Learned proxy counsel for the opposite party submits that the matter has been settled between the complainants and the opposite party. Submission is that the dispute no longer survives.
No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at.
In the absence of the complainants, the complaint is dismissed in default for lack of prosecution.
However, in the interest of justice, to avoid eventuality of miscarriage of justice, unconditional unfettered liberty is granted to the complainants to revive their complaint if they so wish within 30 days from today by filing appropriate application.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the complainants and to the opposite party as well as to their learned counsel within three days positively. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself positively.
