Judgment
We have heard Shri Nimain Charan Biswal, Appellant-in-person and Shri Aditya Chitale along with Shri Anubhav Ghosh, learned counsel for the
Respondent.
Having heard the parties at some length we direct the respondent to file a reply within three weeks from today. Two weeks thereafter to the
appellant to file a rejoinder.
List this matter for admission and for final disposal on July 30, 2020 through video conference or through physical hearing depending on the
prevailing situation. Parties will take necessary instructions from the Registrar of this Tribunal 48 hours before the date fixed.
The appellant prayed for an interim order contending that SEBI has wrongly prosecuted him and on account of the impugned order he is unable to
get any employment. Considering the aforesaid, we do not find any urgency to grant an interim order at this stage. The misc application no. 133 of
2020 is rejected at this stage.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a
certified copy of this order could be issued by the registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Presiding Officer on behalf
of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order. Parties will act on production of a digitally signed
copy sent by fax and/or email.
