Judgment

Present Dr.Deepak, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Devananda, learned Add. A.G for the State.
MC (WP(C)) No.156 of 2024 is disposed of due to subsequent developments.
The issue involved in the main writ petition needs to be heard substantially. List the main WP(C) No.186 of 2024 on 20.01.2024 before the roster Bench.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that till the next date State respondents may be directed for not to post the petitioner to any other ex-cadre post of IAS. Mr.Devananda, learned Addl. Government Advocate draws attention of this Court to para 22 of the impugned order dated 17.12.2024 passed by the DB of the CAT in O.A Nos.042/00331/2023 and 042/00037/2024 that relief prayed for by the petitioner is granted in para 22 of the order.
This Court is of the opinion that any fresh order of transfer is in the jurisdiction of the CAT and no further order is called for at this stage.
List the matter on 20.01.2025 before the roster Bench.
