Judgment

This petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking following relief :-
"(i) That, the respondents police authorities may kindly be directed to ensure the protection, life and liberty of the petitioners and stop private respondent no. 4 and any other person if they want to take away the life and liberty of the petitioners, in the interest of justice.
(ii) That, any other relief which is suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners including the costs throughout may also be granted."
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 is aged about 18 years and petitioner No. 2 is aged about 19 years. He is in private job but the counsel for the petitioners was not in a position to give details of employment of petitioner No. 2.
Be that whatever it may.
It is submitted by Shri Rinku Rathore that during the pendency of this writ petition, petitioner No. 2 has been arrested by the police for offence under Section 363 of IPC and petitioner No. 1 has been recovered by the police.
Thus, it is clear that an offence has already been registered against petitioner No. 2 and the police is investigating the matter. Under these circumstances, no case is made out for grant of any protection from the prosecution.
Petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
