The direction in the contempt was to inform the petitioner in writing about the outcome of the complaint.

It is the case of the complainant that since the same was not informed to them, there is contempt.

It is also pointed out that the direction was to inform the complainant within a period of four weeks from 18.7.2025 and yet the same was not informed within the time stipulated.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader places on record a copy of the decision taken on the complaint dated 26.12.2019 of the complainant. By this communication dated 2.8.2025, it sought to be informed to the complainant that a cognizable case was not made out to register an FIR. It is therefore, clear that the order of this Court has been complied with.

We, therefore, see no reason to proceed further. The proceedings are DROPPED.
