This is an application filed under section 151 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the section 34 petition of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 in OMP (COMM) 43/2025.

Mr. Bikash Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have reached an amicable settlement under “Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme-III”.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the present application is allowed.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending application(s), if any, is disposed of as withdrawn.
