Present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the main petition i.e. O.M.P. (COMM) 305/2024.

Mr. Arsh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent appears on advance notice and submits that he has no objection to the present application.
