Judgment

The petitioner is working as Senior Assistant in the office of Naib Tehsildar Darini, under Sub Division Shahpur, District Kangra, H.P. has been transferred to the office of Sub Divisional Officer (C), Indora, against vacant post, has come up before this Court, seeking quashing of impugned order of transfer dated 30.03.2021 (Annexure P-1).
Notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Thakur, Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
The nature of order, we propose to pass in the present petition, requires no response.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondents/competent authority within a week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, said respondents/competent authority shall decide the same in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within two weeks thereafter. Till decision of the representation, the petitioner be not relieved from his present place of posting, if not already relieved.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
