In the instant OA, counsel for the applicant, Ms. S.S.Chaturvedi submits that the applicants are working as provisional Junior Clerks and due to

reason assigned in their representation as well as in this OA, they could not passed the requisite typing test within three attempts. They have filed their

representation requesting the competent authority for grant of another opportunity/ chance to appear in the typing test. In their representation, the

circumstance and reason for their failure in last three attempts of typing test have also been mentioned.

At this stage, counsel for the applicants submits that applicants will be satisfied, if the direction be issued to the respondents to consider the pending

representation prior to the decision of the respondents for scheduling another typing test.

Standing counsel, Shri M.J.Patel appears on behalf of the respondents and submits that if representations of the applicants are not decided till date,

the same will be considered in accordance with the extant instructions on the issue as well as in accordance with the rules. He further submits that

next typing test for LDCE as well as Ranker Quota is likely to be scheduled on 24.02.2022.

Considering the aforesaid and materials on record, we allow the MA No.55/2022 for Joint Application and dispose of the OA at admission stage

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondent No.2, if not decided the pending representation of the

applicants till date, the same shall be decided expeditiously before the decision of the respondents for scheduling another typing test and intimate the

decision to the applicants.

The OA stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
