Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:
“i) To issue a writ of certiorari or direction in nature thereof, quashing the impugned order dated 31.05.2023 (order uploaded on 05.06.2023), annexure P-2 of the writ petition, as unconstitutional and illegal and contrary to the law.
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus, appropriate writ, order of direction in nature thereof, directing the respondent Bank to allow the petitioner to complete her normal prescribed tenure of 3 years at present place of posting alongwith her husband with all consequential benefits for all purpose and intents.
It appears that prior to filing of the instant petition, the petitioner had preferred a representation dated 06.06.2023, Annexure P- 3, which has not been decided till date.
In the given facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one week, strictly in accordance with the Model Transfer Policy Review 2022. Till then status quo be maintained. Ordered accordingly. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
