Judgment
L. Narayana Swamy, CJ
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting and now, she is due to be transferred to the place of her choice as per the Transfer Policy of the State Government. He further submits that, in this regard, she and her husband have already made representations dated 13.05.2019 and dated 05.05.2020 (Annexures P-1 & P-2), respectively to the respondents, but the same are still pending.
In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of this writ petition directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents highlighting her grievances, in addition to the representation(s) already made, within two weeks from today and thereafter, the respondents are directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petition is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications, if any.
