This appeal is directed against judgment & decree dated 18-6-2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Pendra Road, District Bilaspur in Civil Appeal No.38A/2017, arising out of judgment & decree dated 21-4-2017 passed by the Civil Judge Class-II, Marwahi, District Bilaspur in Civil Suit No.93A/2014.
