The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking a decision by the respondents with respect to the applicant’s representation dated 22.12.2025 followed with another representation dated 11.08.2026. The first representation submitted by the applicant is regarding the request to consider her case for deputation to the Headquarters of the respondents and subsequent representation dated 11.08.2026 is regarding consideration of her case for transfer to any place in Delhi.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Mr. S S Hooda, learned counsel, appears on advance service and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents refers to para 4.15 of the OA, where the applicant has given 3 choices for her transfer namely Delhi, Noida and Chandigarh and as per her choice, the applicant has been given her posting to Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the applicant has been continuously absent from duty. She has not worked except two days since November, 2025 till today.

Heard both the counsels.

At this stage learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider her pending representations dated 22.12.2025 and 11.08.2026 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in a time framed manner.

In view of what has been stated above, the respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 22.12.2025 and 11.08.2026, submitted by the applicant, and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is needless to say that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

The O.A. is disposed of accordingly at the admission stage itself.

Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
