Judgment

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (P) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 427, 387, 379, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of J.M. 1st Class-IV, Ranchi.
As per the prosecution case, an extortionist demand was made from the land owner for construction of boundary wall which was opposed by him. When the construction was made, it was demolished by five named and 50 to 60 unknown persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no amount was paid in reference to said demand. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated on suspicion.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
