2.

Heard Sri S.V. Ramana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri Pradeep Reddy Katta, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing for respondent No.4.

3.

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas in Sy.No.164/A and Ac.0.10 guntas in Sy.No.164/A/2, situated at Palpanoor Village, Hathnoora Mandal, Sangareddy District. After obtaining conversion of the subject land and building permissions vide Proceedings Nos.26/BP/2024 and 28/BP/2024, both dated 22.09.2024, the petitioner commenced construction in accordance with the sanctioned plan. While so, the 7th respondent submitted a complaint dated 13.07.2026 before the 6th respondent seeking stoppage of the construction. Though the petitioner submitted a detailed explanation dated 15.07.2026, no orders have been passed thereon. Aggrieved by the alleged interference of the respondent authorities with the petitioner’s construction activity, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner possessing valid building permissions, the respondent authorities are interfering with the construction activity on a day-to-day basis solely on the basis of the complaint dated 13.07.2026 submitted by the 7th respondent. He further submits that the complaint is without any basis and, despite the explanation submitted by the petitioner, no orders have been passed thereon. Learned counsel, therefore, prays this Court to direct the respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's construction activity.

5.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the petitioner's construction activity, without following due process of law. However, if any deviation other than sanctioned permission is found, the respondent authorities are at liberty to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
