ORDER

No representation for the petitioners. Learned for the respondent is present.

This matter is coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that appellants came forward to settle the loan amount and paid a sum of Rs.35,00,000/- towards the loan account.

Be that as it may, today, there is no representation for the petitioners. This Tribunal, vide its order dated 11.03.2026, directed the petitioners/appellants to make pre-deposit of 25% of Rs.1,46,00,728/- within a period of four weeks from 11.03.2026 and the said period of four weeks had expired on 08.04.2026 and the matter was posted to 10.04.2026 for reporting compliance.

When the matter is taken up today, it is reported by the Office that pre-deposit as ordered by this Tribunal on 11.03.2026, is not complied with.

Under the said circumstances, this application in IA 1725/2025 (Waiver) is dismissed for non compliance of statutory deposit, resulting in rejection of Appeal in AIR (SA) 2494/2025, by giving effect to the conditional order dated 11.03.2026. Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any, shall stand closed.
