ORDER
This matter is coming up today for reporting compliance of statutory deposit.
No representation for the petitioners/appellants. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.
This Tribunal, vide its order dated 18.02.2026, directed the petitioners/appellants to deposit 30% of Rs.22,09,624/- in two equal instalments ( first instalment of Rs.3,31,443.50p. on or before 04.03.2026 and second instalment of Rs.3,31,443.50p. on or before 18.03.2026) towards pre-deposit and the said period had expired on 18.03.2026 and the matter is posted today for reporting compliance.
When the matter is taken up today, it is reported by the Office as well as by the Ld. Counsel for the first respondent that pre-deposit, as ordered by this Tribunal on 18.02.2026 is not complied with.
Under the circumstances, this application IA 370/2025 (Waiver) is dismissed for non-compliance of statutory deposit, resulting in rejection of Appeal in AIR (SA) 1713/2023 by giving effect to the conditional order dated 18.02.2026.
