Judgment
Short grievance of the petitioner is that he has been appointed as Class IV in the respondent department under SRO 43 of 1994, along with
other persons in District, Kupwara, but the designation of the post against which the petitioner has been appointed has not been identified by the
respondents. Accordingly to the petitioner, respondents have issued the tentative seniority list dated 18.12.2015, enlisting some of the class iv
employees on pick and choose basis and have also initiated process for their promotions.
Mr. Majid Aftab Wani, learned AAG states that the claim of the petitioner have been considered and orders in this respect stands already
issued. Statement of Mr. M. A. Wani, learned AAG is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, keeping the writ petition on board will not serve any purpose. Accordingly, same is admitted to hearing and is
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to convey the order, if any taken in the matter to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of
receipt of this order. Petitioner is at liberty agitate the matter in case he is aggrieved.
The Writ petition is disposed of along with connected MPs.
