Learned senior counsel for the appellants crave leave of this Tribunal to place on record an affidavit filed by the respondent no. 1 in Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 6658 of 2019 as well as in Civil Appeal No. 6659 of 2019 in AERA Appeal No. 3 of 2021 and Civil Appeal No. 10902 of 2018 and Civil Appeal No. 8378 of 2018 in AERA Appeal No.7 of 2021 which reveal the stand taken by respondent no. 1 which was diagonally opposite to the stand which is taken by respondent no. 1 in the present AERA appeals through the impugned communication dated 17.3.2021 and communication dated 18.5.2021 to clarify this position of one stand taken by respondent no. 1 before Hon’ble the Supreme Court and another stand taken in the present appeals.
The counsels for the appellants are also seeking leave of this Tribunal to file written submissions. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
