In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 24.11.2016 (Annexure P-21) and letter dated 20.12.2016 (Annexure P-22) whereby the case of approval for appointment of the petitioner in Education (Teaching of Mathematics) has been kept in abeyance because of complaint filed by one Dr. Neetu Sethi (respondent No.4 herein).
Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the case of the petitioner for grant of approval would be considered, at the earliest, subject to the decision to be taken in the representation submitted by Dr. Neetu Sethi (respondent No.4 herein).
In light of the statement given by learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
