1 In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure P-9), whereby charge of the post of Principal University College, Ghanaur granted to the petitioner was withdrawn by the respondent-University and was given to respondent No.5.
At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has received a letter from the University, wherein, it has been mentioned that the petitioner will continue to work as a Lecturer at University College, Ghanaur.
Taking into consideration the abovesaid statement given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-University, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the only issue remains is in regard to salary for the period from 11.01.2016 to 07.03.2016 and from 24.06.2021 to 09.09.2021. Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if at this stage, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation in regard to grant of salary for the abovesaid period and a direction may be given to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation submitted by petitioner in a time-bound manner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 that in case, the petitioner submits a representation for grant of salary for the period he was granted charge of Principal, within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered and decided, as per law/rules, within a period of 02 months, thereafter.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of.
