Heard the parties.
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with the prayer to quash the order dated 04.03.2022 passed in M.C.A. No.106 of 2022 and M.C.A. No.107 of 2022 arising out of Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 corresponding to Cyber Case No.13 of 2020 whereby and where under the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara rejected the prayer of the petitioners for release of the two ATM Cards one each belonging to the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 respectively.
Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the Supplementary Affidavit dated 15.09.2025 and submits that the ATM Card of Axis Bank of the petitioner No.1 has expired in April, 2023 and the Debit Card/ATM Card of the petitioner No.2 has been closed.
Since both the said ATM Cards have become invalid, there is no justifiable reason for release of the said two ATM Cards as the same will be of no use to the petitioners. Hence, the prayer of the petitioners, made in the instant Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of being infructuous.
