Judgment
A. Muhamed Mustaque, J.
The petitioner is the petitioner in O.P. No.984 of 2022 on the files of the Family Court, Thrissur. The above original petition was filed for custody of the minor child born in the wedlock with the respondent. The Family Court found that it has no territorial jurisdiction. Presently, the child and mother are residing at Mumbai. The child is also undergoing studies in Mumbai. We find that there is no reason to interfere with the matter.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to interacted with the child online. It seems that permission was granted by the Family Court. We are of the view that the petitioner shall be permitted to contact the child online on every Sundays between 7 pm to 7.30 pm.
The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is abusing and using filthy language as against the respondent while contacting the child online. If that be so, the respondent is permitted to record the same and move this Court for variation of this order. This facility will continue till the competent Court pass orders regarding custody or visitation rights.
This original petition is disposed of as above.
