Judgment

This original petition is filed by the mother of the minor child, aggrieved by the dismissal of an application to examine the second wife of the first respondent. The matter is related to the custody of the minor child. The petitioner has attempted to adduce evidence as to the character of the first respondent. Admittedly, the child is now put up in a boarding school, namely, St.Therasas Bethany Convent Higher Secondary School, Chengroor.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order now. If the petitioner is finally aggrieved by the outcome of the proceedings before the Family Court, the petitioner can very well challenge the same along with the final order.
Today, we had the advantage of interacting with the parties and the child. The child should have interaction with the mother atleast during the weekends preferably on Saturday and Sunday. We direct the Boarding School Authorities, St. Therasas Bethany Convent Higher Secondary School, Chengroor, to permit the mother to interact with the child between 7 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. through Whatsapp call. The mother is permitted to visit the child atleast for two hours on the dates chosen by the above Boarding School.
The original petition is disposed of as above.
