Heard Mr. Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned counsel, representing Mr. Ponnam Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, appearing for respondent No.2 and Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 6.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.3636 of 2026 by order dated 09.02.2026, and prayed to grant similar order in favour of petitioner herein. The said submission is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and learned standing counsel for GHMC.

3.

Therefore, recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 to 6 not to interfere with the petitioner's works relating to Central Lighting Installation, Median Beautification and Maintenance and display of advertisement structures along unallocated stretch of Radial Road No.30 (Extn.) from 0/900 to 1/600 i.e., 0.7 kilometres from Honer Aquantis to near Vasudeva Ecstasy and on the stretch of Radial Road No.7 from 0/00 kilometres to 0/740 kilometres i.e., 0.740 kilometres from GNT Circle to SBI Bank (towards Tellapur), as long as the petitioner complies with the terms and conditions contained in the MOUs dated 24.10.2025 and 05.01.2026 respectively and confines the installations strictly to those permitted under the approved approvals. It is further clarified that, consequent to merger, the concerned GHMC authorities are a liberty to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner for assessment and collection of advertisement tax or any statutory levy in accordance with law and the petitioner shall respond to the same. However, if any unauthorized structures or hoardings, not covered by the permissions and MOUs dated 24.10.2025 and 05.01.2026, are found on subject stretches, it is open to the respondents to take action strictly by following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
